Call for Proposals: Affordable Learning Solutions
The call for Affordable Learning Solutions Faculty Project Proposals is now open for faculty to propose their own projects which reduce the cost of learning for students. Faculty members are welcome to submit projects at the course or program levels that will lead to measurable student cost savings. Selected proposals will be awarded between $250 and $2500 from the recent grant award received from the CSU ($10,000 earmarked for faculty stipends). The ALS team (including about 15-20 faculty and staff) will review proposals and disseminate awards in mid-late January 2015. Refer to the AL$ Call for Proposals for details about the submission procedure. The deadline for project submissions is Dec 15.
If you have questions, please ask any member of our ALS task Force: Brian Beatty <firstname.lastname@example.org>, Maggie Beers <email@example.com>, Nicole S Bohn <firstname.lastname@example.org>, and Debbie Masters <email@example.com>.
